Endi Bahaj


I was born in Trento from an Albanian couple who emigrated in the early 1990s.

I started studying dance at the Giovanna Menegari dance school.

Already during the first few weeks the teacher finds something in me that will lead her to have a vision of dance that goes beyond an after-school program.

At 13 she urged me to participate in various auditions in Europe and I decided to follow her directions with little expectations.

It went well for me as I passed the audition for the Teatro alla Scala Academy Ballet School where I began my studies for a professional career.

During those years, I took part in all the productions and tours of the Teatro alla Scala Academy Ballet School, dancing in the following ballets: Milan – Variation for Four – (water)chor. by A. At 18 years old, before my graduation, I got a contract following an audition for the Corps de Ballet of the Teatro alla Scala in which I worked for up to 4 years, until the virus outbreak.

In october 2020, I took part in the opening of Whoolbridge gallery in Biella with a performance by Yuval Avital coordinated by Stefania Ballone.
In november I participated in Joe Wright’s film, dancing the choreographies of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
