Anna Kolesarova

Dancer and choreographer, born in Slovakia and currently based in Milan.
Her passion for dance begins as a game and becomes part of her studies at the age of nine years old, in the National Dance Conservatory of Slovak Republic. Subsequently she enrolls in the school of Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she graduates in 2003.

The classical ballet technique’s refinement is soon matched to the free and creative style of contemporary and modern dance where she finds a new way to let her body speak, based on the belief that “dance has lots of nuances, it expresses the vast range of emotions that the human being is able to feel”.

She continues her career dancing at Teatro alla Scala, Gran Teatro La Fenice, Balletto di Milano, Gran Teatro G. Puccini and other theatres around the world. With Aiep Dance Company she takes part at the European Dream Festival in New York and she dances in the musical Fame with L’artistica company.

She also has the opportunity to dance with internationally renowned Italian names such as Luciana Savignano e Raffaele Pagnini and work for important choreographers like S.Beltrami, E. Tagliavia, L.Tomassini , A. Vidach, and many more.

She stars in several tv spots (Breil, Morellato, Gehri, Ma-Fra and others) and along the years she matches dance with an extensive experience as a model for fashion shows. (Ferretti, Aimer, Calzedonia, to name a few). She also takes part into national television shows like the fiction “Non smettere di sognare”(Mediaset), “Gran Concerto” (Rai3), “Crozza nel Paese delle Meraviglie” (La7), “Zelig” (Mediaset).

More recently she starts developing her professional role as a choreographer for dance, video clips, commercials, (L’anima vola by Elisa, Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Care Label) and international events for BMW, Levi’s, Ferrari, GetFit, Manor.
She is currently the leading Italian expert on the interaction between dance and laser show tecnologies. (LASeRmotion for Ferrari, Patek Philippe, Bartorelli, Talz, Tecnocasa).
